Difference in scales

Does anyone else weight at home before club to see the weight difference between your scales and your consultants scales?

I do and there's a whopping +3lb difference from mine to the consultants!

Scales do vary in their accuracy, but as long as you weigh on the same scales each week you are sure to know whether you've lost or gained.
If you want to know your exact and accurate weight, you could weigh at your doctor's surgery

I have tried but it's not consistent. One week my scales were bang on with sw the next they were 1/2 under so u never take what my scales say seriously but I do use them as a guide to what I might expect at sw
