OMG

Dinner Breaks are so lame! I have nothing to do, i cant go sit in the fish bowl lile canteen as it just smells of food, i cant go out side coz its cold! I have to just work through them...... unpaid..... Gra!

Your training yourself up for when you slim though, as all those temptations will still be there, maybe one day when your brave enough you can sit through the smell lol x

I say to hell with the cold, just wrap up warm and go for a walk. I can do about 5km in the hour, and that's not bad at all.

lol our canteen is like 10 ft by 10ft lol with one window that points to an office. its painted cold blue..... its like a fish bowl. no radio, no clock. lol and holds all sorts of smells

I've started reading during my lunch break - time flies, and you don't really think about food either

I go out, and make my shake in the toilet, drink it in the canteen, go out for a smoke and come in and burn the ear of some one on my phone for the rest of the time lol!!
