Dinner Idea - Red Day

I've got lamb steaks tonight and thats it! Lol, on a red day so not sure what to have with it other than boring veg! Any ideas please? xx

Thats what i'm having.

Lamb steak and veg not very original is it but with a bit of mint sauce it will go down a treat.

Ooo mint sauce I forgot about that! How do you make your Lamb Steaks?

I just put them in a griddle pan with a bit of fry light, they dont take long. Frying pan is just as good but I like the pretty chargrilled lines on mine

Your veg doesn't have to be boring i sometimes stir fry my veg with a little paprika, garlic and tumeric or some fresh chillis and it gives it a really nice taste and smells really good! Orr if you're boiling them, adding a vegetable (or other) oxo cube and a little sweetner to the water gives them a nicer flavour.
