Dinner Syns Help Please!!

    I've been trying to find answers to tonight's dinner syn value to no avail...wondered if someone could help if I post info?!

    Pilau Rice:
    363 calories
    4.4g fat
    0.4g sat fat
    70.7g carbs

    Chicken balti
    204 calories
    7.4g fat
    1.2g sat fat
    8.1g carbs

    It looks awful already but have been so good all week that I've saved up my Syns :)

    Sorry it was first time of doing this!
    Rice:
    Per portion (1/2 pack)
    7.3g protein
    363 calories
    70.7g carbs
    4.4g fat
    Top ingredient is water, then basmati rice.

    Balti
    Per portion (1/2 pack again)
    20.3g protein
    204 calories
    11.8g carbs
    7.4g fat
    Top ingredient is balti sauce, then chargrilled marinated chicken breast (35%)
    Balti sauce top ingredient being onion.

    Sorry, pilau rice is 400g in total and balti is 350g in total

    OK the rice is 6 syns per pack
    And the Balti is 9 syns per pack counting chicken and onion as free food
