syns help please on new chocolate bar

    Please could somebody tell me how many syns are in the new cadbury Dairy Milk LU biscuits
    They are 35g have 180k calories per biscuit have 9.3g fat 5.5g sat fat, 21g carbs, 16.5g suger
    They are really lovely and if not to high are a great chocolate boost.

    Dairy Milk LU biscuits, 35g pack is 9 syns on all plans :)
    Also, to work out syn values you can use the 1 syn for 20 cals :)

    Omg that high, no wonder they are so nice.
    Thank you Revy, i do know the 1 syn for 20 calories, but how accurate is that rule!

    Very accurate - but only for things that don't contain a free food - chocolate, biscuits, cake, crisps, alcohol etc.
    To find the syns, if any, in products that contains a free food, you'd have to look in SW books or on-line. The newer products that aren't listed can still be calculated on the SW Calculator if the NV is supplied - Calories, Protein, Carbs & Fat. The amount or serving size also needs to be provided for accuracy.
