So its weigh day 2moro. Expecting a big gain but I wil go with the flow. Goin to try and stay off the fizzy drinks this week. More water and NAS juice.

2moros plan. Monday.

Breakie :
30g weetabix minis and a cup of tea 4pp

Mid morn.
Fruit tea and a banana.

Lunch:
2 x ryvita 2pp
30g philli light 1pp
Frazzles 3pp
Fruit.

Ww hot choc 2pp

Dinner:
Ww lasagne 7pp
Chips 4pp
Coleslaw 2pp


ww choc cookies 2pp

Hiya. Finally got caught up on reading your diary. Congrates on the job!!!
Your diary has been really good. I'm sure another good week on track after your little time off will see the gain gone. Most of it will be water weight anyway I'm sure.
On the toilet front, I'm not sure. Kiwi's maybe and water. Sometimes that happens when you've been eating so well for a while. Hopefully it'll right itself xx

Chicken sandwich (60g cooked chicken and 2 slices of kingsmill wmeal bread and xl mayo) 8pp

Apple and pear

Dinner:
Ww beef hotpot 6pp
With added veg

Today went to plan. Mad day at work trying to train people in my rile b4 I go so im now in bed with sore head :( Anyway... 2moro

Ww shepherds pie 5pp
Snack a jacks crunchy curls 2pp
Apple and pear

Dinner:
60g cooked chicken 2pp
60g dry weight pasta 6pp

Lots of veg
(Making like a creamy pasta dish)

So I used 9 of my weekiles tonight watchin the cbb final. So I have an even 40 left! Saving these for sat night as im havin the girls round to watch my wedding dvd.got a brill recipe online yday for ww honey chicken done in the slow cooker so gna make that on sat instead of getin a take away. And planning to have a couple of drinks.

No planning done for 2moro at all!!! :( and very little food left in the house... so heres wat im thinking.
