Disappointed and upset :( help?!

Hi everyone,

I'm really disappointed and upset as I've been 100% since Monday and done a body jam class on Monday and body pump on Tuesday and again last night.
Weighed in this morning as going out tonight and didnt want alcohol to affect my loss tomorrow morning.
But I've only lost 1lb!! I were expecting a nice loss as I sts last week :( I've been so good and feel like why should I bother!
Any advice would be great as to why it may only be 1lb xx
 
First of all only 1lb? It's alot look at this picture.
Also exercise takes a while to show you have to keep at it and it'll start showing sometimes in inches instead of scales to begin with.
You got to keep going I'd watch your drink tonight because you go over board and next weeks wi might be disappointing to it's a plan that you got to let work week on week month on month. What foods you eating? Are you weighing hex and syns?

Yeah I guess so hopefully ill lose it in the long run then.
Tbh I won't be drinking too much tonight anyway maybe some cocktails or something.
I'm doing green days so I weigh my meat in my hexb if i want it otherwise its normally weetabix and alpen light bars. my hexa is normally milk and cheese that I have weighed out.
My average lunch is normally a cous cous packet or made up cous cous with chicken and a mullet light and tea varys, it's hard to have all my Superfree as I'm allergic to fruit! Sounds weird I know lol so just try and eat veg. X
 
I've had to switch from green days as I was doing them 100% for just over 3 months and lost 4lbs in total. I think for me it was the extra hexa and b, as well as regardless of eating tons of veg, it might not necessarily have been superfree.

If you're doing green I suggest adding more superfree to see if that does something, or try ee with green and see if that helps. Good luck!

Could be the exercise, sounds crazy, but when you exercise and use muscles and 'work out' your muscle fibres tear and then they have to repair them selves, but in order to do so they retain more water than usual.
 
I can understand why you're disappointed but try not to be. 1lb is still a loss! Fingers crossed for a great result next week xxx
 
Thanks for all your replies everyone. It's just annoying as I lost 3.5 stone doing green days before. Ill try it for a little longer and if not having any luck I will try extra easy or maybe just cut down to 1hex a and b.
I'm hoping I am just retaining water from the exercise :) we shall see if there is a change next week. X
 
Whats wrong with 1lb? Your losing it slow and steady the best way, everyone gets sts every now and then, people may lose big each week but you're not necessarily going to and just cos you lost 3.5 stone before on green doesn't mean it will be same this time :) Last year i lost 15.5lb in nearly 7 months, this time i've lost 12lb in 3 and half months doing the same thing, bodies vary all the time :)
 
There are things you can try to boost your losses, I've swapped potato for sweet potato i don't collect my syns generally as it doesn't work for me. Increase superfree decrease free portion

Its quite funny as ive weighed in this morning wanting to see if theres any damage from the alcohol but infact ive lost 3lbs this week not 1lb :D feeling lots better now x
 
Remember our bodies fluctuate +/-2lbs anyway during the day so that's why its best to weigh once a week at the same time.

Hi there, yes our bodies do fluctulate a lot. And if it had just been a lb its a lb loss. Pick up a lb, feels quite heavy doesnt it. I had many many many weeks of just half a pound, but eventually it went and here I am now, 2st 5lb lighter and a target member for 17 months. Keep the faith, if youre good to the plan, it will be good to you :)
 
Yeah thats true, our bodies are weird things lol
I normally weigh on a saturday when im up and done my erins but like I said I done it friday early before work as were worried about the alcohl but im so glad i weighed in today too :D
Ive got serious munchies today though!! Had pasta and a sanwich so far so im pretty happy with that even if it were white bread. Ive still not overate which is a massive achievement after a night out :D x
