Disappointed with 4 pounds

Hi everyone. I started cambrigde 2 weeks ago on Step 2 and the first week I managed to lose 2 pounds even I hardly stuck to the plan. I had my second week weigh in on Monday and even though i stuck to the plan 100% I only lost 4 pounds. I cant help but feel really disappointed even though I know if I lost that on another diet I would be ecstatic! I've moved down to ss+ now so I can lose the weight a bit quicker but I'm just looking for some words of encouragement as most people seem to have lost a stone in 2 weeks and I've only lost 6 pounds! :)
 
I think on cambridge when you stick to it 100% you really feel like you deserve to lose alot when the end of the week comes & its weigh in time..
the last couple of weeks i've lost 2lb each week & i've stuck to it 100%.. in my head i always think anything above 3lb i'd be happy with!
I'm on week 12 now, and people are telling me how great i look 3 stone lighter, so just think of the bigger picture, every pound counts!
You most probably will have a good loss next week, but 4lb is really good! Alot of people lose 1 or 2lb when being 100%!!
 
I start Cambridge on Monday, so in just speaking from a general point of view.
I don't think you should be disheartened, I think u need to do two weeks 100% before feeling bad. Your 4lb loss is fab! However, the first couple of days into your 2nd week, your body will have still been fighting the effects of your eating in week one (essp if u did it late on in the week)
So although u stuck to it 100% week two, your body may have only been at 100% for 3/4 days of that week............. I hope that makes sense to you c I think the best thing you can do now is have another 100% week x
As I said tho, 4lb is fab x the most I have Ever lost on any diet is 4lb in one week, I average 1-2lb a week.... So if I get 4 I'll be happy lol x 4lb a week is still over a stone a month/4weeks don't forget that xxxxx as the last reply said, just look at the bigger picture x
