disappointed

This was my first week on SW, was doing really well, weighed myself yesterday morning (a day early) and had lost 4lb! Was really happy!! But went to a BBQ yesterdy afternoon, took home made kebabs that were free..... but once they were gone there wasnt much "good" to eat, i even resisted pudding. However later in the evening i was soooo hungry and they brought out toast and tuna pate, and had 3 slices, plus a milky way. So this morning i weigh myself and 3/4 lb has gone on. I'm so angry and dissapppointed in myself:mad::mad:
 
Hi, thought I made the mistake of weighing at home the first week, the scales at home said -2lb, very disappointed but at the meeting I was -5.5lb. So tried hard not to weigh the second week but gave in the morning of weigh in and sts on my scales, at the meeting I had lost 4lb so needless to say that I am throwing out my scales....They are good quality scales but if I had taken my scales reading it could have put me off. Are you doing sw at home? Anyway it might not be as you expect....good luck. :)
 
Yer i'm doing SW at home, weighing with Weight watchers scales! Think just going to do it once a week, if i hadnt weighed myself before the bbq i would have been pleased with a 3 1/4lb weight loss. Think i'm disappointed in myself for eating the 3 slices of white toast and a milky way too! Oh well, today is a new day!!
 
Hey, stop beating yourself up. Hunger is a dieters biggest enemy - so welcome to the human race:) Just draw a line under it and get straight back on track. Your weight does fluctuate daily, so best not to get on the scales, and maybe it wasn't anything to do with the toast and pate, just the way your body works!
