Extra Easy disheartened

I completely agree with all of this. I lost 4lbs in my first week and put 1/2 on in my 2nd and 3rd and was about to throw the towel in, so I started a food diary on here, ate 5+ syns a day and really enjoyed myself. I lost 4.5lbs last week which was amazing. Just needed a bit of motivation to do it and a kick up the backside

We are all different and our bodies lose and gain at different rates. I know in myself that due to a long term digestive complaint, my weight loss will be affected if I touch potatoes or bread, so I don't :)

My food diary has been my saviour on here, and for someone who has the worst willpower in the world, I don't know what I would do without it!!
