T - SW chips (1 - used 14 sprays bertolli on top of my chips), eggs on giant mushrooms and beans

Saturday

B - OSS (B) with berries

L - Brunch really - my weekend work treat- bacon, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes (count 4 for the sausage as I have no idea)

T - turkey stir fry with BD garlic and chilli sauce (2)

A - milk (A), melon, banana, ML, 1 x alpen light (1/2 B) bottle white wine (27)

Syns - 33!!!!!!

Therefore total syns for week so far = 53, which is over my target of 49 with 2 days to go but will come in under 70 by WI which I hope may result in a better weight loss! :D

Sunday and Monday


Identical days on EE so posting together and then will add any additional syns along the way

B - toast (B) with bacon, egg, 1/2 tin beans and tinned plum tomatoes (my god was fabulous!!)

L - turkey stir fry with 1/2 pack Uncle Bens wild rice (addicted to it!!) and 2 tbsp Blue dragon chilli and garlic sauce (2)

T - extra lean minced beef with mushrooms, tin chopped tomatoes, onion, pasta.

A - banana and ML, milk (A), 1/2 melon


miss that extra A here - for grated cheese with my minced beef. That would make the menu perfect!!

1/2 stone off in my first 3 weeks which is pleasing. :D

Going to try to stay to 7 syns a day again to see if I can continue at 2lbs loss this week, but am satisfied that so far I am on target for my Christmas target.

Wednesday

B - wholemeal toast (B) with beans, eggs, bacon and plum tomatoes

L - prawn stir fry with wild grain rice, 2tbsp BD garlic and chilli sauce (2)

T- roast chicken with garlic sauteed potatoes and vast super free vegetables!!

A - milk (A), lots of water and NAS, banana and ML, melon, orange.

Syns - 2
I definitely need to up my water intake each day, I know I am stalling on it, off work for 3 days now so will aim to get in to the habit!
 
totally ignoring my 7 syns a day target today and having a bottle of wine tonight, but I've been looking forward to it all week and back at work Saturday so the no drinking before a working day rule applies tomorrow night!

Thursday

B - toast (B), bacon, egg and mushrooms

L - minced beef, rice (B), onions, mushrooms in soy sauce

T - chicken and vegetables

A - milk (A), babybel x 2 (A), diet coke / water / NAS, bottle white wine (27)

total syns for day - 27
 
Going to have to be saintly for the next 4 days if I am to record a STS never mind a loss on Tuesday!! Just had one of those weeks I suppose.

Friday

B - grapefruit, OSS (B) with berries

L - chicken salad with 1 tbsp Hellmans EL mayo (1), banana and ML

T - Turkey stir fry with BD sweet chilli and garlic sauce (3)

A - fruit salad, water/NAS/diet coke, babybel x 2 (A)

Syns - 4
 
Taking no notice of the above, it went right out the window! :cry:

Trying to regain some self control for the next 3 days to hopefully minimise the damage as best I can!

Saturday

B - bacon buttie (2 x B) with 2 tsp lurpak (4) with mushrooms fried in 14 squirts oil (1)

L - turkey stir fry with 2 tbsp BD chilli and garlic sauce (4), banana and ML

T - chicken salad with egg, 1 tbsp Hellmans EL mayo (1) fruit salad

A - milk for tea / coffee (A) 2 x babybel (A) lots of water / NAS

Syns - 10
 
Sunday

B - grapefruit, slice wholemeal toast (1 x B) with egg, baked beans

L - turkey (B) stir fry with rice, BD chilli sauce (3), banana and ML

T - pesto pasta (3) with grated cheese (A) fruit salad

A - milk (A), drinks!

Monday (no time to do this later or tomorrow)

B - grapefruit, wholemeal toast (B) with bacon, egg, baked beans and plum tomatoes

L - chicken fried rice with lots of cherry tomatoes, fruit salad

T - chicken pesto pasta, (3) with lots of cherry tomatoes, banana and ML, orange

A - milk (A)

2.5lbs on. :eek:

No point moaning, just get down to it and focus!!

Wednesday

B - Activia snackpot and banana

L - Wholemeal toast x 1 slice (B), 1/2 tin beans, 2 poached eggs, melon

T - 70g cooked chicken (B), wild grain rice, soy sauce, crisps (to be added later!)

Anytime - milk for tea /coffee (A) 2 x Babybel (A), mugshot
