So this week not as good as last week but still happy lost 5lb this week bringing it to 1st 1lb in two weeks 
Changed things last week I had chicken breast lettuce and cucumber every day last week where as the week before I didn't have anything until I was in to ketosis. So last week i wasn't in to ketosis until Thursday afternoon normally I'm in it Wednesday bout 10ish. So hopefully I can tweak it a bit and get another big loss this week. Also the 3 packs of m & s prawns didn't help on Thursday but I'm still happy first time I've done it 2 weeks on a trot in a while lol
