I'm making a chicken curry. Just wondering if I add some diced apple and pineapple in to it - do I have to count it as syns? If so how much for an average apple and few slices of pineapple?

Yes you do if you're cooking them - an average apple cooked is 2.5 syns on all plans and cooked pineapple is 0.5 syns for 28g.
