do u have hx b's as pots /bread

i seem to always want pot bread on orig days im new to this and just wodering if any of you do this and have u still had a good weight loss ?

I would always use my HEXb as potatoes on a red day, that's why I have switched to mainly having EE days. So I now have my HEXb for alpen lights or wm bread.
