Yup sure does but it's incredible just how much I am not hungry. I struggle to get my third pack in some days but know I must do it.
I can handle boredom that doesn't bother me too much of a week day I must admit weekends are a struggle for me but it's worth every doubt in my mind when I go for a weigh in on a Sunday morning
I've been doing this for just shy of 100 days and not bored of the packs yet. I have pretty much exactly the same thing every day, too. 2 x choc tetras and either a choc or choc orange bar.
I think you get to the stage where having the packs is just something you do and you stop thinking about it as food - it's just part of your routine.
Pandora is right, it becomes something you do as part of a routine. That is once one gets into it! I am hoping I can get into the routine so even bordem of the shakes would be welcome! Just so want to break this cycle of failing each re-start! I'm broken record I know!.
The first time I did CD I was desperate for more variety but this time I am quite happily just getting on with it and I am enjoying the soups, enjoying not having to think about food, not having to go shopping, not having to cook. It's perfect! It's all in the mind ... and that's why I am going to succeed this time!
I have the same 3shakes each day, choc mint.
I have my first when I get up between 5:30/6:30. Have my second between 1/2pm then I get home and have my third around 8pm.
I also try and average 4/5litres a day. But there are some days where I only manage to get 2l down me, on those days I feel disheartened that I haven't done so well with my water.
