Now on other diets in the past I always had a takeaway after I got home from WI but now I go on a Wednesday me & my oh literally cross at the front door as he is on his way out to play footy & he doesn't get back til 1015pm so too late then. To be honest I didn't actually miss it last week, I treated myselt to "proper" oven chips & some peanuts.

So question is do you have a "treat" after WI or is it self-destructive?????

I probably have more syns than I usually have, but don't go for a full binge as I know I'll have to make up for it the rest of the week.

Yep, used to always have a takeaway - usually a chicken tikka kebab :eek:

I've tried to stop this as I've found that after the takeaway on the Thursday, I'm more relaxed on the Friday, and the Saturday is pretty random depending upon what's happening, so it leaves me struggling to make up from Sunday onwards.

If I could only be EXTRA good on the Thursday night after weigh-in, I reckon I would see an easier, less stressful loss a week later.

I sometimes have an extra HEB if I buy hifi bars at class. Boring I know!
