Most supermarkets here do their own brand of pasta packets and savoury rice but I think some are syned (only minimal amounts though)

Batchelors savoury rice and Pasta and Sauce are popular.. think the carbonara and mac cheese are syned

Some one else will probably confirm all this for you :D

the free batchelors pasta n sauce are:

    cheese and broccoli
    chicken and mushroom
    chicken and garlic
    tomato and herb
    mushroom and wine

i think all the batchelors savory rice are free as long as its the dried ones

    i know

mushroom chicken and beef are all free

hope that helps a wee bit

I love the Batchelors Cheese & broccoli Pasta N Sauce and rice pakets (All supermarkets have this or their own version) Ive just found that you can microwave them too, when i cook the rice on the hob, its always quite crunchy no matter how much water i add or how long i cook it. I like my rice quite Fluffy :)
