So as the title says I'm of to Costa Rica on 27th December, I refuse to be feeling fat an uncomfortable.

I actually managed to get within 7lb of my target earlier this year but after a holiday and messing around with fad diets im back to square 1 and have about 1 stone 12 to lose ( that's guessing as I haven't weighed)

I am rather annoyed with myself as I could have been enjoying myself as a slim person but I'm not going to beat myself up anymore!!

I am going back to Slimming world as I know it works but I cannot afford to go to the groups so any help and guidance would be great.

I have about 25 weeks till then so have a few targets in between, a family birthday on the 8th August then my birthday on the 6th September. I would like to have it all done before 27th December and be using this as a maintenance diary but not going to put too much pressure on myself.

A have a few health issues that effect my weight such as mild depression and polycystic ovaries, i can lose weight but it goes back on very easily. I have a problem with binge eating so to hear from anyone who also suffers would be great.

So I shall weigh and measure tomorrow and keep this updated, even If no one reads it just for my own amusement .

p.s I ramble quite a bit

Day 1 part 1

So today I woke up early to weigh and measure myself. I weighed in at 10 stone 13!! This is terrible, I was so close to target before and now i have put on 1 stone 3 since the end of march!! This is the last time i dwell on the past I must look forward now.

Although I have set my target at 9 stone I would be happy I think at a toned 9.7stone if I can maintain better.

So first target is my boyfriends nanna's birthday on the 8th August I have 7 weeks and I think a stone would be lovely for then.

I have also completed my measurements as I do quite like to exercise and I know that although the weight may not be coming off the inches will


Chest (around boobs) 38inches
Chest (under boobs) 34inches
waist (smallest part) 31 inches
waist (over belly) 36 inches
Hips 37 inches
Left arm 11 inches
Right arm 11.5 inches
Left Leg 23 inches
Right leg 24 inches

Roasted aubergine, courgette, red pepper, mushrooms in fry light
227g baked potato (heb)
Mullur light

Opps missed out I also had a healthy A of skimmed milk and a roll mop ( i love them)

Didn't have both my healthy extra's which today I will make sure I do

Another good day today ( only day 2 I suppose) again no syns as I'm saving them for tomorrow. Tomorrow I have a big night out at the o2, lovely dinner at gaucho then watching the ballet. My work event usually involve a lot of booze maybe I will flexisyn, the food at gaucho is supposed to be amazing!

So today was a green day

Breakfast

2 x boiled eggs

Snack 1

10 almonds (heb)
Apple

Lunch

Salad leafs, tomato with aubergine, courgette, red pepper roasted in fry light. Lentils
Balsamic vinegar

Snack 2

Necturine
2 x babybel (heb)

Dinner

Risotto made with shallots, mushroom, garlic in fry light. Added tobasco
Pineapple

Milk (hea)

Tommorrow I'm going to have a neutral day till dinner so I can save my healthy extras etc for it, I'm going to try and avoid the chips but I may have pudding. Defiantly going to have a few glasses of wine, I guessed as long as i go back to being 100% the next day there shouldn't be too much damage

300g ribeye steak ( didn't eat it all) spinach and mushroom with a peppercorn sauce on the side.

Unfortunately had a fair bit of red wine, champagne and cocktails. I did had a small pudding and shortbread biscuits but I'm not too bothered as I was enjoyed myself.

Also strangely I had a roll mop when I got home
