Do you lose mor weight on EE or Red?

I've lost 7lb doing EE, but it's coming off quite slowly, and would like to spped things up a bit. I feel like I'm eating too many carbs and not padding my meal out with a full 1/3 of veg sometimes, so I'm going to throw a few Red days in.

My question is to those who do or have done both EE and Red. Which day do you think gives the bigger weight loss for you?

Fighting the bulge
I'll be very interested to hear this aswell! I know everyones different but i cant seem to lose on Green as i know i dont fit enough speedy veg in.

I use to lose a lot on red but i miss the starchy veg and so im trying EE this week! :)

I think the main answer to this though is that it varies for everyone!
