I have done this a couple of times. I weigh mid week and if I find, which I usually do, that weight has gone up I do a couple of low days. I usually either cut out breakfast or lunch, and have a SMALL dinner, Even though the two weeks that I did eat I only lost 1lb, I would not have lost that if I had not weighed at all.
I find it too easy to overeat on SW so have had to adapt somewhat.
