oh god its happening to me too... i cant stop thinking about food. ive been 100% since i started. towards the end of week 5 now and its unbearable. i just want to eat something!!! i feel awful and keep telling myself off for thinking about it but i cant get it out of my head.
ive tried on a few things as well and they fit better. my biggest motivation for me is that my wedding ring doesnt fit anymore and i havent worn it for a year. since i started the diet i put it on every other day and it feels a lot looser now. i think in a week or two i will be able to wear it again.
i remind myself of these things constantly but i still cant stop thinking about food!
