Does anyone ever carry sins over?

Some people used to view carrying over syns as tweaking the plan a bit, apparently the slimming world website now states that it is fine to do so. If that's what works best for you and still losing weight then no reason not to do it :) x

I try to use my 5-15 daily, but when it gets to the end of work on a friday I tot up what I've had so far that week (I always keep a food diary) then whatever I have left from 105 I know in my mind where I am. If I still have 40 left I know I can potentially have 20 each day without worrying about blowing it. I don't look and say "ooh I've still got x amount in that case I'll have this, this and this to use them" but it helps me keep track. If I know I've got some spare, I might cook a more synful dinner than normal and know how many martinis I need to stick to :)
