I just chop up white cabbage. red onion and carrot in roughly equal quantities, then add a bit of chopped up apple and some extra light mayonanaise to get to the right consistency and mix together. It is delicious - even the non slimmers eat it all up and if you go easy on the mayo is only a couple of syns for the whole lot!
Chop half of white cabbage and 1 onion. Grate 2 carrots. Add a pinch of salt,pepper and tspn of splenda.Add extra light mayo mixed with fatfree yogurt and mustard!
Use the veg as normal for coleslaw but use a fruity muller light like peach or mandarin mixed with salt, pepper and 1 tbs extra light mayo it is delicious.
