Does anyone have the points for sides at Frankie & Bennys?

Hi all, I have been crawling through the threads trying to figure out what i'm going to have at F&B tomorrow for my birthday meal - and at the same time realised its probably the worst place ever!! I have my weekly points to play with, so I was wondering if anyone had the Eat out guide to see what the points are for fries and onion rings? Normally share these with other people so hoping the points wont be too bad.
