    Hi Rachy,

Yep, well the 4 packets is correct cos of your height - anyone over 5'8 needs to take the fourth pack to ensure your getting your full quota of vitamins and minerals....

Hi Rachy, There are two options:

SS+ : you do three packets and 200kcal meal from their list or 4 packs and 200ml skimmed milk.

SS: you have either 3 packets a day (like LL) or 4 packets depending on your height

I do 3 packets a day as I am 5ft 5 but may move to SS+ soon with meal option

Just to add on ss+ the amount of packets are the same regardless of height. Only on ss the amount you have varies due to your height according to their book

my BMI is over 40 and was over 50 when i started but i have always gone straight onto SS.
the ruling for that has only just been changed recently and those already on SS with BMI over 40 are fine to continue as they are.
