Does anyone just do the shakes?

If so, have you noticed that you lose more weight when doing just the shakes? What do people think?

I am absolutely in love with the chocolate crispy one :D and am thinking of a doing a couple of days of just shakes.

I just have shakes plus protein in the eve. I make the shakes thicker though so they are like puddings! Yum! X
 
I do a mixture, somedays just milk shakes, some days milkshakes + protein, and again other days with meal packs, milkshakes and protein. If my weight loss has stalled and I've stuck to one of my options for a few days, I change and it seems to give it a boost. I also like my shakes thicker, find them much more filling !
