Best to ask your chemist to be sure but I do personally put pepper in the soup and it makes a big difference but I have not yet tried curry power. But once it is the spice and not a mix I can imagine a small bit would be ok
Ahh thanku for that, I went in to ask the pharmacist today but she wasnt there but i will find out about that because will be great if you can add some spices! But for now pepper it is xx
I checked today and she said pepper is fine. She said one lady added cumin to it and it didnt affect her losses but it's a risk if you chance trying it x
