Does anyone know if eggs are ok on the diet as it says they have no carbs like chicken but not too sure ??

No, fraid not. Not at the moment anyway.
 
No not on SS im on 810 and i have a normal (ish) breakfast everyday, i normally have 1 poached egg on brown bread, but today i had scrambled egg on brown bread,

its ok i just texted my CDC and she said eggs are fine :)

yeah i am on step 3 which is 1000 i forgot i had moved up at the beginning of this week :)

so are eggs ok ?????

i just thought as i was sat on the computer on this site i would ask :)
