When i turned up at the 1 st meeting after christmas, and my consultant handed me the panflet and told me they'd re done the whole thing.. i was like :O noooooooo lol.. it totally threw me out and i was mortified to think i couldnt have as much cheese as before with HE .. everyone was sceptical and it took everything in my consultant to convince a few of us to give it ago!! bless her..

i went away and decided that i should proberly stick with what i know, but then i also didnt want everyone else loosing loads of weight and not me.. so i went for it!.. i got on the scales and lost 4 pounds.. and so did everyone else in my group.. every single one of us lost 3 pounds or more.. it was fab and i'v have bin on it ever since.. it gave the boost i needed to shift more weight and iv never looked back since.. it really is extra easy!! i love it!!! x

I started this week, (I've been before) and decided to do EE. It's so simple! I had a sneaky look at the scales after 2 days and I was 3lbs down! I've stayed off since, I go back on tuesday. But there's no faffing with weighing and only your 1hex a and 1 hexb to count and your syns. Brilliant! I wish we'd had this years ago!

I've been on EE since it came out at xmas and I've lost a total of 1st since then. I did slow down in my weight losses at one point, but I think that had more to do with getting closer to my target. I've since dropped my syns a little and the weight is coming off again nicely.

Nilo, yes you can.. with green and red you had 2 A boxes and 2 B boxes.. where as with EE you have 1 a and 1 b instead as you can eat so much other stuff with EE... so you can still ahve cheese as your healthy extra a if you wanted.. what i meant in my first post was tha i used to use both boxes if not 3 on cheese on the green plan.. so i had to substitute cheese intake with somthing else, but it was much easier than i thought!! im a bit of a cheese adict haha

so once you have HE from a and b a day.. if u have another HE from a do u have to count it as a syn then please?
Yes that's right.

Sometimes though you can change to a Red or Green Day half way through the day if you haven't committed either way. For example, if you've had a day like me today:

B: 2 weetabix (HEB), milk (HEA), chopped banana

L: HM vegetable soup, fresh fruit salad

This would give you the scope to go EE, Green or Red at tea time and have a 2nd HEA & HEB if you want it.

I have been on EE since I restarted SW back in December and I have lost 1st and 8.5lb.

Any gain I have had is due to having a day 'off'. I have never gained when following EE properly and if I am 100% I will lose about 3lb.

It makes life so much easier being able to mix.

I think EE is amazing you don't feel like you are on a diet, and it rely changes the way you think about food!!! I eat lot's and love every min of it!! I've lost 39lb since nov 2010 and feel like a new person! I could never do and faddy diets that limit your food intake as i love my food too much!! Stick to it 100% and it's the best thing you will ever do!!!! And as for cheese i love laughing cow ex light, takes all my cravings away cos you can have plenty!! good look!!!! :eatdrink012:

It worked for me but I found the 1/3 superfree hard to stick to at times so now I do a mixture of red, green and EE depending on what I'm feeling in the mood for that particular day.

Yes it's a great plan - I'm 33 pounds down and although I have had some difficult weeks through my journey, I would most definitely eat this way for the rest of my life because the food is yummy, you hardly ever feel like you have to be restrictive...but the key is most definitely PLAN PLAN PLAN :D xx

Yep it really does Ive been doing it 7 weeks and I'm 11lbs down and when I had "oh bugger it" weeks it showed once back on the plan it's so simple I love it and really wish I started it last yr rather them in march :(

EE work best for me because I always fill my plate with my 1/3 superfree at every meal and I try to snack on fruit rather than things like Mugshots (which I do on green!) Speaking for myself, I usually feel like I'm healthier eating on EE than the other 2 :)

yeah it really works. ive lost 2st 1 lbs in 13 weeks :) and im half way to target. EE is great
