on day 4 and my breathe is honking does it ease over time and if so after how long xx

I'm on day 4 as well... Other posts seem to say, keep sipping your water and use mouthwash, mouth spray etc & keep teeth & tongue clean. I am at home with a little bit of poorly tummy so choose to leave mine positively minging
Glugging on the water should help, try that and see how you get on. As it is you first few days you'll notice it more but it does get better. Good luck
I am in Week 25 and I still get the manky mouth and the death breath!!
Brush your teeth regularly
Drink plenty of water
Use sugar-free chewing gum
Use a breath-freshener - Superdrug own brand is 2 for the price of 1 at the moment.
Just remember that the manky mouth means you are losing fat!!
Lots of plain water, brush teeth and breath freshener. On LL we're not allowed sugar free gum.
sorry to say that the "death breath" will continue as long as you are on the diet. I don't find drinking more water helps (I drink at least 6 litres a day and still have stinking breath).
Best tips are to brush your teeth more, use mouthwash & carry a breath spray
I must be one of the the lucky ones, no bad breath. I drink between 4-6 litres of plain water a day, brush my teeth & tongue 2 or 3 times a day & use goldspot if my mouth feels a bit yucky. I find for me chewing gum makes it worst i don't know why so i stay well clear of it.....xxx
Yes im on day 4 and my breath is bad aswell. Will i be ok to have the sugar free mints?
