welcome and very well done on your weight losses over the last 3 weeks. Wondering how much water are you trying to drink. They recommend 2 to 4.5 litres, are you on this or over? Best of luck.

The best thing is ask your pharmacist but i think that the water is mainly to keep you hydrated as food has a large amount of water in it and now you will be in ketosis, the water associated with the glycogen you have used up has gone from your body. Water also fills you up and keeps you 'regular'...
You should have all your 3 shakes as missing them out could make your body respond by thinking you're starving and it will cause problems. Speak to the professionals.
If you cant face the shakes make choc mousse, try drinking soda water for a change.
