Does this look alright for Extra Easy Please.

Just a quick question. I am hoping to do an Extra Easy Day tomorrow to use up some ingredients in my cupboards.

I dont have access online and I dont go to class but can you confirm whether this menu looks like it follows the extra easy rules please.

Looks good but wouldn't be enough food for me! I'd throw some eggs and ham on the bread at breakfast and add some pasta & chicken or tuna to lunch!

If you make your rice pudding with just water, and once cooled a bit, stir in a vanilla Mullerlight, you can have your cheese as your HExA instead!

I'd definitely be eating more than that for brekkie and lunch, but that's just me and my gigantic appetite!
