Newbie- confused- Extra Easy- someone please help ? :)

Returning to slimming world after a couple years off!

Ok so Extra Easy...someone explain- how does it work? I have just bought a load of books and I dont understand- do you still have to stick to a red or green day and the idea is you just eat more convienient foods? I saw that some people are eating things like chicken and rice, and chicken and chips together etc. Please can someone explain how it works? The basic foods? Also which breads / rolls can you have the for your healthy extra? Would be very much appreciated :) I have the supermarket shopping book with all the branded items....just not sure how im allowed to put everything together.
