does totm affect weight loss

hi all just want some sdvice does the time of the month affect weight loss i ve recently had coil fitted and my doctor said i could be bleeding on and of for 6 mnth i lost 7 lb first week this week have only lost 3 lb so far just wanted to know if thats why , it s my first proper period help

It could be TOTM, or it could be your body settling into the programme. Remember, weight loss averages out as one stone per month, which works out at roughly 3 lbs per week so you are well on target

My TOTM was in week 2, but I was still thrilled with a 2 pound weight loss.

Hi Owensmum,

Like Lisa my TOTM weight loss was 2 lbs too - I was slightly disappointed as this was on my week one restart weigh in!!

Nevermind tho, you should still lose on the diet Im sure.
