I think ive made a boo-boo today already!

So this morning I had by 2 wheatabix for breakfast and now im eating 2 slices of nimble bread with ham.

However, ive also eaten an aplen light bar (doh!) so i was thinking....because ive only had two slices of bread and the alpen bar is 1/2 a hexb....am i ok!? or do i have to count the alpen as syns (if so, how many are they?)

I would count the alpen bar as syns it will only be 3 syns as you only had half. A hex is normally around 6 syns for the 2 bars as hexb, but as you only had one count it as 3

Hope this makes sense!

I would count the Alpen Light as 3 syns... use the other 2 as your HexB x

Whilst im on the subject of syns lol...

My work colleague has just given me a weight watchers fromage frais yougart with fruit in the bottom, now my 2006 book says its free...is this still true?! x
