I remembed seeing what I thought was a big tub of Yeo Valley fat free organic vanilla yogurt in the latest mag that was sin free. So I off I went to asda & got some & it was lovely so I have had more on my breakfast today & have been to asda today & bought a few more big tubs as it is on special. I have just been looking some stuff up online so thought I'd look at the yog & as doing my food diary online & you've guess it I have been buying the wrong yogurt as this one in 4 1/2sins for a big 450g tub & it's the Onken fat free yogurt that is sin free

I've done that before, the Yeo Valley natural yoghurt is free; I've enjoyed quiet a bit of the vanilla one before realising
