Well I tried my hand at making a muffin. Oh dear god it was a disgrace, I cooked it too long I think. Was rock hard, managed a couple of tiny spoon fulls then thought yuck no more. So I have made myself a banana shake instead and had 3/4 of that. Hoping that won't mess things up too much?

Also I am feeling really good, it's day 2, no headaches, no feeling grouchy or tired, no wierd taste in my mouth I just feel my arms and hands are a lot colder. Is this normal? I keep worrying the diet won't work

i gave up trying to cook my packs. just have straight forward shakes!

never was much of a domestic goddess even with real food...

sipping my hot choc mint... mmmmm i bloody love'em!
