Doing it alone..

Hi everybody,
I just started following a Slimming World food diet yesterday and im feeling pretty good as there's a lot of support out there.

I am 12 stone 9 and and doing this alone; with the help of different websites.
Any advice is hugely appreciated!

I'd say the biggest tip is always have your 1/3 speed on your plate otherwise you could easily over eat (eat too many calories)!

Try to do some activity aswell even just walking! X
 
Thanks for the advice!
I love salad and vegies so I'm finding speed foods easy to eat-just need to print off all the foods that are speed and free and stick it on my kitchen wall.
I'm slightly confused about HEA and JEN though.
