Hi all,
I started s&s today and feeling really positive about it. I have had 4 children in the past 5 years and in the little time I've not been pregnant ive been a real yoyo dieter! I finally got on track sep 2011 as I was getting married in the November however on my hen party (6 weeks before the big day) I broke my ankle, leaving me unable to walk let alone go to the gym, I ended up looking horrendous on my wedding day whilst also having to use crutches.
A few weeks after I got married I discovered I was pregnant so again put the diet on hold, however I was extremely poorly whilst pregnant and lost 10lbs during my pregnancy, this along with a very nearly break down of my marriage has made me realise I'm finally ready to focus on loosing this weight for me. I'm hoping to keep a diary to help me through and would love to make some friends to get chatting to for motivation
good luck all
