Doing slimfast

I'm back with a determination I haven't felt for 4 years. Ever since I got with my boyfriend my weight has crept up to 15 stone 5lbs from 10 stone in four year :-(( now I'm on the slimfast an weigh in day is Friday! Hopefully this forum will help keep me on track ! God help me!
