Hi,
Just wanted to post a quick message as I think everyone needs support!!! I started SW in November and have lost almost a stone (put 1.5lb on this week!!), I am desperately trying to get another half off before the 26th Feb, as I want to aviod the Gastric sleeve op, I am also alone with no hubby and 3 kids for the next 4 months, so would really like him to see a difference.....I know this is a strange request but I have heard a rumour that somewhere on this site is a SW receipe for Doner Kebab meat or something similiar...please help!!! Any receipes or general chat is gratefully received to releive my boredom!!!!
