Thought this was a good idea and so simple

For every day that you stay 100% give yourself a nice big red cross on the calendar.

Put a nice big calendar on the wall, and if possible move it about the house so it doesn't become something that always there so becomes invisible IYKWIM.

Or use this online tool

The idea is that you don't break the chain. You try the chain of crosses as long as possible.

So simple, yet very effective :)

Coley... I'm with you.. I have an Fairy Reward chart from WHSmiths that I stick a little fairy sticker on for every day that I have been 100%... and I LOVE IT...

Simple things please simple minds as they say...

I want a fairy sticker chart.....


Great idea KD, will be using online chart for re-start on Monday. Just need to get the rest of these Tamiflu taken and wait for the horrid side affects to stop. Can't wait!

Yey!! you make sense to me! Hurrah!

It's the same when I do the brain training on my DS. I like the stamp you get to put on the date. Really upset if I manage to forget.

Still...if my head wasn't in the right place, I doubt any sticker or cross on a chart would stop me munching. I'd just stop looking at the chart...can't see it..not upset by it.:rolleyes:
