well i weighed this morning, i lost track on the weekend and managed to get back on yesterday,, got on the scales this morning and shock, ive lost 7lb.. im more determined now this is my 1st week, im so shocked as i expected to put on the weight. does any one know how i put input on my tracker too?:p

The first week or so is really hard but if you persist you will benefit from massive weight loss. I'd forgotten how hard the early days on LT were. It's horrible! However, I'm trying to hang in there as I remember from last time round it does get a lot easier. Honest!

Shellie that's brilliant news, so glad you didn't give up on the diet after the blip at the weekend, fantastic motivation for you to really stick with it now :)
