Dont know what to do anymore except....

Hi all, I'm writing on here today because I really don't know what to do anymore! I've been trying to lose weight for years now and it's my 10 year wedding anniversary end of this year! What I'm trying to say is I'm fat and need to lose weight! I have tried slimming world but it's jus to much to prepare my lunch and dinner plus the family's so at the mo I'm basically trying to eat healthy. It's hard very hard :( . I have joined the gym and feel great energy level wise but the scales are just not moving! I have cut down alot on most junk I have my down days I have to admit I know it's time of the month and the scales won't be on my side but I'm just so depressed now! My start weight in sept was 91kgs and o joined the gym 4 weeks ago and weigh 87kgs but that was my start weight wen i joined the gym anyway! Ok sorry for the long rant but the only thing I think which is going to help me take control of my body is fast! If I don't eat all day and have a health meal I'm sure I will lose a few pounds which will give me a boost? Anyone understand me?? I just don't have any control dont know what else to do!! Someone help me please!!!! ? ps I know starving myself will eat up in my muscle etc so I'm worried on that side to I don't want my gym work going to waste! Thanks for reading xoxo

:hug99:Oh naz please try not to get too depressed! Have you tried the new S W plan recently. Its called Extra Easy and it really is healthy eating just fill your plate with third protein, third carb, and third of superfree foods like salad or veg. So many people say it fits in perfectly with family, work etc. I myself dont actually do this plan because I dont like veg much, sticking to red/green days, but please consider giving this a go. So many people in my S W group have had great losses on this. Sending hugs to you hun:hug99:

By the way you dont need to prepare different meals for your family, you can have the same as them so long as meat is lean no fat etc. The usual, and you can have so many free foods, x

Just what I was going to say Hollys Nan, if you do SW then all the family can eat the same, why not get the new mags for some ideas?
