Don't know what to do. I have 7 stones to lose, preferably as quickly as possible. As I have been very successful on CWP before, I would love to get back on it, but I just can't afford £40 per week (for SS+).

Please help. Any suggestions ?

Oh that must be tough. The only reason I have allowed myself to spend the amount needed is because I know I was spending that on fast food per week (which was for the whole family) so i should start to see some savings now.

I'm sorry I can't be of any help. Maybe look into this website. I think there is a calorie counting section???

They may have some great recipes for dinners in there for yourself and the family if you have one to cook for.

You could try exante.
If you buy one of the 4 week bumper packs it works out at £25 per week.
