I need advice I have a night out coming up on the 20th of this month and was wondering if I refeed and then go on to maintenance will I still lose small amounts every week. I dont know what to do Im so close to my goal I dont want to mess up.
Sick with TFR hun...its soooo much easier to lose! There will be plenty more nights out ....and losing after tfr is sooo much harder as you have food to contend with xxxx

i have been out lots since starting, and i dont even feel like i am missing out at all, except on a hangover! also been away for weekends twice in devon.
plus you can drive and save on taxi costs, thats money towards your new wardrobe!!!
dont stop and start just for one night out, some people have even managed holidays abroad on tfr, you can do it too
