    Whats the difference between free and superfree? how thick am I eh? xxx

    Free foods are foods that can be eaten freely on a red or green day (ie, pasta, potatoes, meat, chicken, etc).

    Superfree are foods that can be eaten on any day - vegetables, fruit, eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.

    They are still superfree as they are foods which could be eaten freely on either a red or green day if you were following those plans.

    On EE you can eat freely from all free foods and superfree foods at any time. The greater the proportion of superfree (they suggest you aim for 1/3 superfree), the better your loss should be.

    Basically on EE you should aim to fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree foods (like the ones I listed).
