StaceyUK Gold Member 16 June 2009 #2 Free foods are foods that can be eaten freely on a red or green day (ie, pasta, potatoes, meat, chicken, etc). Superfree are foods that can be eaten on any day - vegetables, fruit, eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. Hope that clears it up!

The greater the proportion of superfree (they suggest you aim for 1/3 superfree), the better your loss should be.
