DYJHIW another totally sleepless night with this pounding headache means another days wages lost worried that history may repeat itself! Feel like I'm getting into a vicious circle and stressing about it all which subsequently serves to only make it all worse-but I can't drive 96miles on no sleep

Thanks hun for the support, I've got nothing in particular thats happening its just that I am knackered and seem to have been really busy and need a rest but thats life I suppose! It would be nice to have a day where I didn't have to get up and have loads to do but I should be grateful I am able to get up and do really! x

I can only sympathise with you welshtigger as I suffer from chronic headaches too and it just drives me mad. Have decided to go back to the docs cos I can't bear them. Get them for a week at a time which really is annoying to say the least. I really hope you get sorted and get some sleep. Hugs xxx
