I'm ok other than a sore bump on my knee! I've you a dodgy ankle and back so I'm so glad I didn't hurt either of those! Xx
 
DYJHIW your 15 month old twin daughters are whining in their cots at 7:30am cos they want to get up and you know for a fact that your OH is pretending to be asleep so that you get up! Xxx
